In order to attend any Mushin firearm course, you must be a legal US citizen and have the legal right to own and operate a firearm.  Registration in a course indicates your understanding of this. Mushin reserves the right to refuse training to any applicant for any reason. If the application is not accepted or an event cancelled and not rescheduled, the full amount of tuition paid will be refunded within 14 days. Training may be terminated at any time without refund if your actions are deemed inappropriate by the training staff. Participants must agree to sign an Assumption of Risk / Model Release / Confidentiality Agreement document releasing Mushin, LLC from any liability that may occur during the course of training or thereafter.

REFUND POLICY

MushinSST fills seats based on students who register and pay for tuition. To secure your seat, course will be paid in full.  Once the seats have been filled, students are no longer able to register for the class and will be turned away. As a registered student cancels or doesn’t show up for a class, they eliminate the potential for another student to take the class. In light of this, these are the cancellation/rescheduling policies for MushinSST:

All cancellations/reschedulings prior to 30 days may be refundable or transferable to another MushinSST non-private course.

All cancellations/reschedulings within 30 days will incur a 10% empty seat/clerical fee. The remainder of the money will be non-refundable but transferable to any other MushinSST class that is not already full.

Cancellations by students within 72 hours of the start of the course will be non-refundable and will receive no credit. 

A student may only transfer a course one time. Any subsequent requests for cancelling or transferring will be denied without preapproved exceptions. A transferred class option must be used within 12 months.
